- file2meco (phyloseq/qiime to meco conversion)
- ggpicrust2 (PICRUSt2 output analysis & visualization made easy)
- fantaxtic (nested bar plots for phyloseq data)
- maaslin3 (microbiome multivariate association with linear models)
